Low Smoke Halogen-Free EVA Compound

Low Smoke Halogen-free PE Compound is made by mixture, plasticization and granulation with the ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymers, polyethylene and flame retardant as the basis and with the mixture of other additives. It is halogen-free, flame-retardant, low-smoke, low-corrosive and low-toxicity with the stable techniques as well as smooth surface, which is designed for the sheaths of the general cables. It can replace polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and chlorinated rubber in the sheath applications because of its excellent fireproof performance (low smoke, low corrosion and low toxicity) and other properties; and it has complied with even exceeded standards of industrial sheaths

Processing technique
The compound can be made by many current cable-making types of equipment; the  processing property is excellent and the extrusion surface is smooth. Although most products use the common single-screw production, the adequate conveying ability and torque limiting are the main consideration elements in screw selection. It will be better to use the screws of low compression ratio.
 
Storage and transport
Keep away from sunshine and rain during the transport, and store in clean, dry and ventilated warehouse. The product may be stored for up to 6 months without opening at normal temperature.
