YJ-35 meets the strict standard in the cleaning aspect. Throughout production process, loading, processing and packaging are all strictly controlled and performed in an airtight environment. The sample is tested by laboratory impurity detector in the production process periodically, and the impurity content of 1 kg-sampling complies with the following requirements: impurity particles with 0.175~0.250mm diameter no more than 5; no one larger than 0.250mm.
Over a broad range of processing techniques, YJ-35 can still provide excellent extrusion capacity and smooth surface. For optimum results, melt extrusion temperatures in the range of 100 ºCto 120 ºC are recommended.
Storage and transport
Keep away from sunshine and rain during the transport, and store in clean, dry and ventilated warehouse. The product may be stored for up to 6 months without opening at normal temperature.
