High Temperature Resistance Silane- XLPE CompoundHigh temperature resistance Silane-XLPE Compound is a type of warm water cross linking compound. It is recommended to be used for low-voltage (up to 3kV) wires and cables and has following advantages: good electrical insulation properties, anti-aging properties and tensile strength; the highest continuous working temperature is 125ºC, excellent low-temperature brittleness properties.

Processing Technique  
Melt extrusion temperatures in the range of 150ºC-220ºC are recommended, the specific temperature should be adjusted by actual operation condition.
Crossing-link rate
Cross-linking condition and time of the hot set elongation to 100%( 1 mm thick samples): vapor or water bath at 90ºC for 60min or at 80ºC for 120min.
      Storage and transport   
High temperature resistance Silane -XLPE Compound should be vacuum packed, the aluminum foil / polyethylene combination film bag for inner packing and PP woven bag / PE / Kraft paper bag for outer. A group and B group are packed in different bags: A group net weight(23.75±0.02)kg while B group(1.25±0.02)kg. Negative tolerance of each-ton material is unexpected. Besides, other packaging agreed on by both manufacturers and clients can be used.
Keep away from sunshine, rain and soaking during transport. Store in clean, dry, ventilated warehouse and the minimum storage temperature should be 0ºC.The product may be stored for up to 6 months. and it must be used out once within 8 hours after the inner packaging is opened.
